ABSTRACT LOOKING AFTER YOUR PETS AND HOME What do home sitters do? I will care for, walk, feed your pets, as well as undertake a range of light domestic duties; such as house work, watering plants and tending the greenhouse. Your home when occupied is protected from the increased risk of burglars. I offer a fully insured home sitting, or pet care service to fit your requirements. BOOKINGS Although I always honour my diary bookings, I am aware that sometimes people are let down at the last minute with those who had been willing to look after your pet or home. I am currently in a good position to be able to step in at short notice. A simple telephone call will confirm if I am available. Please note that I provide my own food and bedding for any assignment, but I do require heating, hot water, and cooking facilities to be provided. Simply call 07513 720629 on to make arrangements. When you''re away from home for any length of time: You may often have to leave the house unoccupied - when you go on holiday, or if you need to go into hospital - leaving behind everything you treasure - your pets, your garden and your home with all its contents. This is the time to consider having someone to live in while you are away. Allowing you the peace of mind in the knowledge that everything is taken care of. Security: Unoccupied homes are an easy target for burglars. Therefore it stands to reason that someone living-in provides a high degree of security for your property and its contents. Special circumstances: Houses in probate or for sale “vacant possession” are vulnerable to burglary and vandalism.
