The children also showcase their talents and achievements in the end of year Academy productions and local events and displays. Class sizes are limited to ensure each child gets the development and attention required to fullfil their potential. We are a woman''s dance school teaching Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Silks (tissu) and Pole dancing all for fun and fitness. Our classes attract a wide range of ladies. We have an extensive syllabus and many carefully choreographed routines. We run classes every night of the week and we also have Saturday classes. All Ages welcome! Pole parties also available, you can come to us or if you have a venue booked we can come to you.

Twisters All Star Cheerleading Academy

Twisters All Star Cheerleading Academy is a dedicated cheerleading academy teaching cheerleading and cheer dance to girls and boys aged 4 - 25. We have recreational 4 fun classes and All Star Competition Teams in many areas around Dorset including Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Cheerleading is a fusion of dance, pyramid building, gymnastics, jumping, cheering and all sorts of other fun activities. The Head Coach and Program Director Katie is a fully qualified cheerleading coach with the NCSSE and the UKCA, and is a qualified dance teacher with the IDTA. The Academy is dedicated to training all round cheerleaders proficient in all apects off the sport, so members can expect to receive training from various cheerleading, gymnastic tumbling and trampolining coaches. These coaches work hard to promote team work and positive attitude through this fun and thrilling sport. At our classes you will learn amazing new skills, get fit, have fun, and make lifelong friends.

Olga Vikhrova trained at the Russian Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg and at The Royal Ballet School in London. Olga’s professional experience includes Mariinsky theatre, English National Ballet School and Richmond College. Olga teaches Russian Ballet Method to teenagers and adults following tradition of Anna Pavlova and Rudolf Nuriev. In Pilates Olga introduced small but powerful changes in breathing. Based on light breathing method of Buteyko, dynamic diaphragm breathing method of Strelnikova and her own experience that made Olga''s Exercise Program immensely beneficial to health.
