DS Machining Services was established in 1994 by Dennis Smith who has over thirty years experience in engineering. In 1998 he was joined by engineer son Paul who served his time at Renishaw and daughter Dianne in admin/sales. This family business has successfully grown from a jobbing shop into a major component production facility, which was extended and completely refurbished in 2007 giving over 7000sq ft of quality workspace. We offer a subcontract machining service to customers from all walks of industry. We use quality equipment, with extensive experience to produce Turned and Milled components in mild and stainless steels, bronze and plastics. We can produce from customer drawings or patterns in any given batch size. We will respond urgently to a breakdown or deliver a call off over a period of time. Our equipment is modern and up to date and we can manufacture work to the highest standard. In short we offer our customers, quality components, competitively priced, which are delivered on time.
