A person centred counselling service for short term or long term issues.These could be family,work or college issues. The service covers anxiety,depression low self esteem and daily stressors. Sessions can last 50 minutes and cost £25 per session or shorter upon agreement.6 to 8 sessions is recommended for success andthen reviewed but sometimes individuals only need one or two sessions enough to identify and share a particular issue. Clients meet up or chat for the initial consultation to see if counselling is for you.Confidentiality and trust is very important.I aim to support clients through various life events. The only time confidentiality is broken is when I feel you may harm yourself or others and I shall on occassion refer back to my own supervisorduring in my own sessions. Any notes written will be coded and cannot be traced back to clients. I follow COSCA and Counselling ltd code of ethics and values. If clients cancel 24hrs before appointment any payment must be met Ending sessions is best agreed with your counsellor before termination but these are open ended. If you need additional specialist support referral may be required but can continue counselling til neccessary communcation is in place.
