If you know of a person who has passed away and has no family to speak off, but will need their items collecting and distributing then let us know, we will liaise with the housing association and clear it or them. Or maybe they have family but until now are unaware that the council etc will charge them for any clearing done AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP!!!! Or a bereaved person who just wants rid.. Maybe you have some items to clear and no transport or means of getting it to the charity shop or tip, on average its £90 for a skip, £0 for us. Even if your neighbours have “done a bunk” and left the garden full of belongings, we will gladly come and collect before wildlife make their homes in it. PROPERTY left empty is a magnet for trouble and a nuisance to others, we will check a property regular for damage, secure against breakings and maintain the property for the owners until they require it let or sold NECESSARY BEREVEMANT No hidden FEES/CHARGES. We CAN work 7 days a week and cover the whole of the UK. We perform full house clearances, removing everything requested including fitted carpets and curtains. We also clear garages, lofts, office spaces and commercial buildings. If requested, we can also clean the property to help improve its rental chances or its selling appeal on the housing market. We use recycling sites and send re-usable waste such as bedding and clothing to charity and animal-care centres. Our service is environmentally friendly.
