I am a fully qualified therapist and can offer you an opportunity to look at every aspect of your life, in a safe, comfortable environment. I have been working in the community my whole life and decided to embark on a counselling career in 1997 when a very dear friend needed support. We all have Roles, Rules, Values and Characteristics acceptable to one another...But when our bodies create or hold on to ill feelings, anxiety, tension and stress our thoughts come detached from our emotions, counselling can help find the root of the problem so we may break free to hopefully move forward with peace of mind.
