I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist (Msc),who offers integrative counselling and psychotherapy to adults. Using an integrative approach means I combine a number of approaches and theories within my work. These are person centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychodynamic therapy. My appraoch particularly suits people who would like to understand themselves better, as well as those who want to explore any personal, emotional and relationship problems. I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and with a wide range of issues. I am a memeber of the Britsh Psychological Society and the British Association of Counselling Practitioners. As such I abide by these Codes of Ethics and Practice and have ongoing supervision and personal therapy.
