Poleminx Pole Dancing School have been sharing the amazing benefits of pole dancing for fitness and fun with the ladies of Surrey since 2005. Our regular pole dancing lessons allow you to spend your precious me-time burning off some serious energy while having a giggle with the girls, and most importantly, learning a highly enviable and special new skill. Pole dancing is known for increasing muscle tone, suppleness, strength, body-awareness and confidence. We’re experts in teaching all aspects of the art of pole dancing, in small and friendly classes with plenty of pole time. You’ll find all ages, shapes and sizes, and don’t worry - previous experience or high fitness levels are not required. We offer safe, structured 6 week courses for complete Beginners right through to Advanced levels, plus 1-2-1 training, choreography, fun pole parties, industry consultancy and professional dancers for events. Our experienced instructors are fully qualified, fully insured, have solid fitness and pole industry backgrounds and leave no stone unturned in ensuring you get the most fun and learning out of your lessons.
