Forró do Galpão is a traditional Brazilian Forró dancing night in London, since 2006. Every Thursday for the last 10 years, Forró do Galpão has brought the most unforgettable Forró nights in London with live bands, Forró dance lessons, DJ's and special guests, becoming everyone's favourite and most established night of its kind. When you come to a Forró do Galpão night, for only a couple of £x on top of the general entry fee, you have the option to join a class before the social dancing starts. This is a fantastic way to meet people and make new friends and a great opportunity to learn this dance if you are new to Forró, or to learn new steps and improve your dancing skills, if you have been dancing for a while. You don't need a partner and you can join the class whatever your dance level is, as our teachers teach at the same time a group of beginners and a group of intermediates / advanced. Lessons: every Thursday from 7pm - 8pm. And straight after that, DJ's, Live Bands and Social Dancing

The classes range from absolute beginners up to all ISTD medal levels, leading the way to competition and performance requirements. Our Ballroom Dance expert Thomas Michael Voss will lead you through the material and routines step by step and will give you the opportunity to learn all the ten dances and steps as seen on Strictly Come Dancing.
