We are able to offer the option of an EPC as a stand alone service or tailor made packages to include Local Government Searches and floor plans. The requirement for an EPC is now mandatory for all residential property sales and since 1st October 2008 on all residential lettings, to be extended to include the commercial property sector within similar criteria in the near future. Under normal circumstance we aim to produce an EPC certificate within 5 working days from receipt of formal instruction. The Company is based just south of Cambridge and with Assessors based throughout East Anglia we can provide a good local service throughout this area.
