I am able to teach one to one sessions or group activities, I am also a nutrition adviser and I am able to give advice on all aspects of nutrition including weight management. I am a sports massage therapist, I able to conduct sport massage, injury assessments, rehabilitation on injuries, posture correction and muscle and joint testing. I can do my personal training in your home, at a local gym to you and outside. I amke all my pt session fun, enjoyable but make sure that they are hardworking so that they are always helping you to achieve your goals.
