Able to take short or long term assignments tailored to a Client/Employer''s particular needs with ultimate flexibility to meet demands as they arise both in work content and timing. Professional Services Offered Measuring and pricing variations, variation agreement and final account preparation. Administration of subcontractors and/or supply chain including tender analysis, payment and variation control Complete understanding of most forms of contract including JCT, GCWorks, NEC (and options), ICE (and some FIDEC) and bespoke PFI contracts. Advising on post contract problem solving and routes for reimbursement of funds, changes, payment and other liabilities. Preparation of claims, both upstream to Client/Employer or downstream to Supply Chain, including preparation for extension of time and recovery of loss and expense, preparation and defence of counter claims. Full contract and surveying administration including maximising interim valuations, incoming payments and controlling outgoing payments to subcontractors or other specialists within the cash flow forecast Preparation, management and control of risks, their assessments, updating and control, monitoring and filtering. Evaluating risk and reporting Project cash flow forecasting, budgeting and monitoring Assistance with dispute resolution with considerable experience in adjudication and arbitration Assistance with pre-contract negotiation and conditions of contract
