We provide a hassle free, online, 7 day a week solution for all your typing needs and we guarantee a high level of confidentiality and professionalism (confidentiality agreements available on request). We can transcribe all formats of digital audio (eg; dss, wav, wma, MP3) and mini cassette/micro cassette transcribing. We also accept written material by facsimile or post or we can edit/format material from an email source. On the legal side, in addition to court documentation and billing, we offer a 'file collation' service. This includes sorting and indexing of documents, folder filing, labelling (chronology of events if required) and providing an index on disc. This service is of particular use when large discovery documentation is received. All transcribing is completed in house by experienced staff. Our typing speeds are at 95-100wpm. For good quality audio files you can expect the transcribing to take 3 to 4 times longer than the audio file length. For an accurate estimate we would need to listen to the audio first to ascertain the sound quality and speech clarity to determine the level of difficulty in transcribing.
