We are a woman''s dance school teaching Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Silks (tissu) and Pole dancing all for fun and fitness. Our classes attract a wide range of ladies. We have an extensive syllabus and many carefully choreographed routines. We run classes every night of the week and we also have Saturday classes. All Ages welcome! Pole parties also available, you can come to us or if you have a venue booked we can come to you.
