I provide a warm and empathic space for clients to talk about issues that they may not normally be able to share with others, who may be too close to the situation or biased in some way. I believe clients are the experts on their lives and so, by working with you I will facilitate you on your journey, by not telling you what to do, but helping you towards a deeper understanding of your concerns. When talking therapy is not appropriate I am also able to offer healing through therapeutic tools and creative mediums. My work is underpinned by the Ethical Framework of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I hold Professional Liability Insurance.
