Leading Pet Services offers a professional and reliable dog walking and pet home care service covering Croydon and Surrey. We are able to offer a flexible dog walking service with individual and group walks lasting both 30mins and 60mins. In addition to this we also offer home care visits to care for Cats, Puppies and Small animals (incl. Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Birds and Fish) either as a regular daily or holiday service. We pride ourselves on the exceptional standard we offer to pet owners and understand how important this member(s) of your family is to you, so we treat and care for your pet as if they were our own. With this in mind we will initially arrange a home consultation with both yourself and your pet to discuss their individual requirements in terms of their personality, routine, medical conditions and general likes and dislikes. Included in our dog walking service we also offer the opportunity to accompany you on a 20 minute dog walk so we can see first hand how your pet prefers to be handled when walking and then continue this routine moving forward. Our introductory consultation visits are also available on Saturday and Sunday as we appreciate many pet owners have work commitments etc. Once we start providing our pet service we believe regular and continuous communication is vital so we will text you after every walk or home care visit but also leave a daily feedback form for the owner to update them on the days activities (including time of drop off, feeding etc). Additionally our form invites any feedback from the pet owner so we can continually strive to provide you with the best possible service and fulfil both yourself and your pets requirements.
