The Bridge Psychotherapy and Counselling Service

The Bridge Team has been providing Psychotherapy & Counselling to clients in the City, Greater London and the South East of England since 1997. Our aim is to provide a broad range of effective psychological therapies covering most typical problems with rapid access to assessment and treatment. Typical problems we work with include stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, trauma, addiction and many others. The choice of therapy will depend upon the problem and your preferences. In addition to general counselling skills the team has expertise in CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CAT - Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy as well as integrative, existential and other types of treatment. We are happy to see and treat adults, couples and older teens. The Team are all senior therapists with extensive practice experience in the NHS, charitable and private sectors.
