I have practiced my profession from a young age, playing football from the age of 6 and currently still competing. I have played at a professional and semi professional standard even playing In United States Of America plus all over Europe on football end of season tours. Having been on the other end of personal trainers and coaches It has taught me the Importance of friendship and professionalism to a healthy relationship and a firm understanding between client and trainer. I believe as a Trainer you will get the maximum effort out of you''re client(s) by having that understanding of trust, Is crucial to achieve the goals set and with my experience working with clients from all different backgrounds, fitness levels and wide variety of goals set makes me a personal trainer different to all the trainers on the market. I have numerous fitness program''s designed for Individuals of all fitness standards and are designed for specific goals such as Weight Loss, 6 pack abs, core strength, marathon running and much more, my experience In the sports Industry gives me that diversity and training methods to mix up the routines and give a great vibe to exercising which Is crucial. I aim to educate the clients for the future and to add a domino reaction to you''re own family and friends to give you that great feeling what comes with exercise, to be more confident and feel comfortable In you''re own skin. I have goals to tackle illnesses and diseases what affect so many of us a year In Great Britain from depression too diabetes and obesity, I am an enthusiast and optimist who doesn''t settle for anything less then the best and overall wants to help.
