The Bowen Technique (Bowtech) is a gentle and effective non-invasive form of muscle and connective tissue therapy. A state of relaxation is created with minimal touch, the unique nature of the moves elicits a whole-body response. The technique can be performed effectively through light, loose clothing with the client laying on a comfortable treatment couch, but can be done on clients who are seated.
