Tandridge Leisure Centre

Surrey-based Tandridge Leisure Centre offers a first class leisure experience to Oxted residents and the Tandridge district. Tandridge Leisure became a not for profit leisure trust in 2000 and manages the leisure centre as well as de Stafford Sports Centre in Caterham. Facilities include: swimming pools, sauna and steam room, well equipped gyms, air conditioned studios, cafés, sports hall and ample parking. Services include: recreational swimming, swimming lessons and crash courses; Personal training, fitness exercise programmes, power plate; exciting group exercise classes; arts/dance/drama and sports courses; children’s parties; children’s holiday activities. There is no joining fee to pay, memberships are competitively priced or customers can pay each visit. Both centres have a 25m four lane fitness pool and Oxted''s Tandridge Leisure Centre also has a lagoon pool with waves and water features, slides and a pool inflatable. This family-friendly sloping lagoon pool is ideal for little ones as well as people with disabilities. The pool programme is varied to suit all needs. The fully equipped gyms have the latest equipment such as the power plate and high spec smith machine and the studios are well maintained and air conditioned. Children''s activities feature strongly in both centre''s programming, catering from 5 months for parent and toddler swimming lessons to teenage drama and dance classes and sports courses. Children''s parties are a great hit at the centres with party hosts taking care of proceedings and cafés provide a relaxing treat. With a large team of friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff customers can feel welcomed and reassured at each visit. All staff are CRB checked and many are first aid trained, so parents can rest assured their children are being cared for in safe and caring surroundings.
